Time Wasters – Unexpected Crises

Many “unexpected” problems disrupt or cancel our carefully planned work schedules.
Often, many of the crises that occur are only a crisis for someone else!!!
Often they have nothing to do with you, but you’re being asked to deal with it (see… they’re delegating the problem).
The best answer to coping with “unexpected” problems is to plan your day to include a slice of time where you will deal with them. Then, if they don’t occur, use the now “bonus” time for the other tasks you have to do.
Your day IS carefully planned isn’t it?
