There Are Only Two Ways To Make Money Online

Lots of people try to make this far too complicated than it really is… and that over-complication leads to mis-information, confusion, lack of action, or indeed taking the wrong actions.
Essentially, there are just two ways you can make money online.
- You either sell your own products and/or services, or
- You sell someone else’s stuff!
It really IS that simple… Sure there are probably hundreds of different online business models you can implement, but the bottom line is you are trying to sell stuff online (your stuff, or someone else’s) to make money.
Which is the best way to go? Is it better to sell your own stuff, or other people’s?
Another simple answer 
You do both!
For example, through my various web sites I sell my stuff:
- my consulting services
- training products I have written
- advertising on my web sites
- my web design services
- physical goods I have in stock (not so much anymore)
I also sell LOTS of other people’s stuff, including:
- other people’s services - e.g. web hosting and domain name registration
- other people’s advertising - through showing Google Adsense on my sites
- other people’s products - through a variety of big programs like ClickBank, Clix Galore, Commission Junction, etc., or by individual arrangements
The second group of activities is loosely called “affiliate marketing” where you make a commission on the leads or sales generated for your “advertiser”.
And I simply could NOT live without it!
Affiliate Marketing is an essential part of my online business. It helps smooth out my cash flow no end!
And if you are online and not already looking at adding affiliate marketing into your business plan, then it’s probably time you did!
No matter what stage you are up to in your online business, you really should be looking at adding affiliate revenue into your business and doing something about it sooner rather than later.

I wish!!!! Sorry mate… you do have to spend money to make money, otherwise we’d all be rich!
Quick? You ALSO need to look long term with the ‘net! You might start to get useful results in 3 to 6 months, or earlier IF you have money to invest in buying traffic through PPC or similar.
I really suggest you look to the offer mentioned in the post above. The training you will receive in affiliate marketing is well worth the very low price of entry - even if you only stay for the first month to see what’s involved in setting up a real Internet business!

Thats why good informations worth paying for once you know its from a reliable source or what they claim can be proved.
I agree, it really is that simple - there are only two ways to make money online.
There are of course lots of other things you can do online like blogging and social networking, but these won’t make you money on their own. Affiliate marketing is a great way to monetize these types of models, plus of course selling your own stuff.

@hippo If you’ve got products you want to sell online, then recruiting affiliates to do it for you is often a wise move. Being in the software market, your margins should be enough to offer a good commission to affiliates. It’s worthwhile checking out what is involved in either:
1. setting up your own affiliate program software on your site, (hard) or
2. plugging into the many “networks” that are out there to manage your affiliate marketing (easier).
